Wallace Reed – Senior Engineer

Wallace is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering staff, and he also handles project management.

Before joining the company in 2001, Wallace was a trainer for A+ computer courses. He earned his B.S. in Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Wallace is certified in MCSE with Messaging, CCNA, CCDA, Cisco Unified Communications, and Unified Contact Center Express. He also has extensive indoor and outdoor wireless experience, MS Active Directory practice, and Exchange experience.

In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, wakeboarding, snow skiing and automobile racing.

Vitaliy Greben - Senior Engineer

Vitaliy has been the Cisco Network Engineer for Professional Network Consultants since 2002. His duties include the design, implementation and support of converged data and voice network infrastructure, as well as routing, switching, network security and Cisco IP Telephony.

He has earned his CCIE, CCDP, CCVP and MCSE certifications, and has a B.S. from the University of Ukraine.

Vitaliy has a wife and three boys. He plays the keyboard in a music worship team, participates in tennis, and enjoys outdoor activities.

Mike Kelly - Managing Engineer

Mike is responsible for scheduling and assigning engineers for projects and maintenance work. Mike works directly with all engineers to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.

Prior to joining Professional Network Consultants, Mike was a Microsoft Certified Trainer, then Corporate Training Manager at Solid Computer Decisions. He also trained at Elite Training, and served as their network administrator. Mike also owned the Kelly Computer Group. His certifications include MCSE, NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, as well as Citrix CCEA.

He enjoys reading, geek stuff, collecting live music and anything even remotely related to food.

Geremy Meyers - Network/Sales Engineer

Geremy 's certifications include MCSE , CCNA, CCDA, and VMWare Certified Professional. His primary responsibilities are for maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft and Cisco networks, and providing sales engineering support to the sales staff. When not on the clock, he enjoys mountain biking, online gaming, and a wide range of music.

Kevin Chai - Senior Engineer

Kevin is originally from Malaysia, and he has been in the US for over 15 years now. He attended and graduated from UNCC in 2004 with a B.A. in computer science and a minor in English. After graduating, he attended a technical college to further his education and completed courses in networking including Cisco Networking Academy, Red Had, and Microsoft.

Prior to working at PNC, he worked part time as a technician and short-order cook. Soon after joining PNC, he attained his CCNA and MCP along with additional certifications in A+ and Net+. Kevin has interests in computer/technology related news and events, cars, building models, and food. He also enjoys watching Asian movies and dramas.

Matt Pleasant - Network Technician/Engineer

Matt is responsible for day-to-day administration of Microsoft servers and workstations, Citrix installations and maintenance, and Symantec products, including anti-virus and backups. Matt holds Multiple Microsoft certifications.

Before joining Professional Network Consultants in 2006, Matt worked at The Information Bureau in Mountain City, TN. While working there, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University. He is certified in Microsoft technologies.

Matt lives in the University area of Charlotte. In his spare time, he enjoys fly-fishing, golf and board games, while also being an avid Word War II history buff.

Wayne Hiatt - Network Technical/Engineer

Prior to joining PNC Wayne worked as a Support Technician for Westcare Health Systems. He is a certified MCP and CCNA. Wayne has an Bachelors of Science in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University.

He currently lives in Franklin, NC. In his spare time he enjoys video games, programming, working on his cars and spending time with his fiancée.

Phil Meeks - Software Developer/Consultant

Phil has been with Professional Network Consultants since 2004 and is primarily responsible for software development, SQL database administration and web development.

Prior to joining the company, Phil had consulting roles in several major industries including banking, electronics, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. As head of business solutions for a Charlotte, NC consulting firm, he architected and led a staff that developed a 1000-node financial services transaction system.

Phil earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University. He and his family live in Charlotte, NC. In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar, camping, hiking and international travel.
