Our network service program includes a Quarterly Business Review with your organization.

Network Monitoring Recurring Costs and Setup Fees

*Setup Fees Apply: Time required to install the software and configure both the Customer and PNC side of the solution assumes that the customer has a current Block of Time, per our Professional Services Agreement. We anticipate a man day of labor (~ 8 hours) and agree in advance that this installation labor will not exceed this amount.

Customer will provide a computer that has a Pentium 4 or higher processor, 2 GB of RAM and 10 GB of free space on the hard drive. PNC will provide the operating system, all configuration and network monitoring software. If the customer does not have a computer to use, PNC will provide one at current market rates. As of the winter of 2010, the cost of this equipment is approximately $300.
